Orders and Shipping

After an order is paid it takes 1-3 business days for payment to be cleared on our side. Even if you have received payment confirmation from your credit card company, it does not mean that your money is already with us. But your order will be packed as soon as you have sent the funds.

After the money is cleared and we are sure that it’s authorized by the genuine card holder, we pass your package over for shipping.

It then needs to pass customs clearance (1-3 business days) and once it’s done, a tracking code will become available.

Usually, tracking codes are sent to you within 3-5 business days after cleared payment. And it becomes available for online tracking within the next 1-2 days after that.

We arrange shipping via EMS trackable delivery. Once a package arrives in the USA, it will be delivered by USPS. So you can use the site to track the status of your order.

Shipping itself takes from 5 to 15 business days to any place in USA.

After orders arrive to USA they need to pass custom clearance. It takes 2-5 business days and you will be able to see this on site. As soon as it’s passed you can start counting days for order to be delivered to your doors.

Our minimum order amount with credit card payments is $90. For orders paid via money transfers or with bitcoins there are no minimum requirements.

We also set a maximum limit of $450 for first time customers. But we recommend that you place your first order for a lower amount. This way you will be able to check the quality of our products and services and then place larger orders in future. Plus, we will provide you with a discount code for your next order that will allow you to receive free products as well.

The delivery rate of our orders to the USA is 99%. But in the case that your order is stopped at customs, we will offer you 1 free reshipping of your order or a 50% refund of your payment. You will just need to send us a picture of the document from USPS that notifies us that the order has been stopped.

If you choose for us to reship your order, we will do this within the next 20 business days to ensure successful redelivery (your order may be seized again if we ship any earlier).

If you decide to receive a 50% refund of your order instead of reshipping, we will arrange it within 48 business hours after we have received the scan of your seizure notification.

We will reship damaged or missing items to you without any problems. Our only request is – YOU NEED TO RECORD A VIDEO OF YOU OPENING THE PACKAGE. This is a requirement because we have faced several fake requests about missing items during our 3 years of selling activity. And sadly, there are still some people out there who will try to get free products after they wrongly claim that something was damaged or not included in the package.
